Winter Art Classes for Kids in Kitchener! 🎨✨ (Ages 6–8) Get ready for a fun, skill-building art journey with our 11-session Winter Art Program in downtown Kitchener! Designed for young artists aged 6–8, our weekly 1-hour classes include all art supplies, making it easy for parents and inspiring for kids to jump into creativity. Why Join Our Winter Art Classes? Every Session is Unique: No class is the same! Kids love to return each week because every lesson brings something new—ideal for beginners and young artists looking to build on existing skills. With a mix of fun, seasonal themes like winter nature, cozy landscapes, scenes with animals, and snowy wonderlands, each session feels new and inspiring. Explore a World of Materials: From acrylics, watercolors, and gouache to oil and chalk pastels, colored pencils, gel pens, mixed media, and clay modeling. We also work on fun projects like paper and fabric collages. Develop Core Art Skills with a Blend of Academic and Creative Approaches: Each session covers important art fundamentals—composition, tonal value, color theory, and more. Our experienced instructors simplify each step, showing kids how to start, create a composition, understand techniques, and, most importantly, express their creativity. Art History and Multicultural Themes: We include engaging art history and cultural themes, exploring famous artists, art movements, and celebrations from around the world! Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: No refunds! Art credit is available for the next classes/camps. Late registrations are accepted. Art classes - you can join us any time and pay for the remaining classes or have make-up classes. If you miss a class during a session, you'll have a make-up class. Art camps - you can register during an art camp week for the remaining day(s) or half-day(s). If minimum participant numbers have not been reached by 1 week before the start of Art classes/camp, you will be notified and Art classes/camp will need to be canceled. You will get a refund or you may transfer your payment to other classes/camps.
